I had a really nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities, but there were a few damp rooms that weren't perfect. The service was top-notch, with staff being very friendly and always wearing a nice smile. The hotel's location was central, with everything we needed in the area, great for pre-cruise shopping and dining. The dining experience was surprisingly nice, offering a lot of variety, and the facilities were impressive.

The hotel was on the 15th floor with incredible views, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. It was inviting and clean, with views to the south. Two complimentary drinks from the bar and coffee were a nice touch, but unfortunately, there was a hiccup with the check-in not being at the specified time.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were a step above, much larger than expected, and the air conditioner unit made me feel extremely welcomed. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always checking on how our stay was going. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants, perfect for a precruise stay. The hotel is in a perfect location for tourists, close to everything you need, with a variety of amazing restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable, offering a better breakfast selection than other Hamptons. The view overlooking the colorful building and the pool is delightful, providing a quiet and spacious stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, fabulous, and very spacious, located on the 7th floor. They were not ready upon arrival but were clean and in a great location. The service was the best, with superior customer service skills, being accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location truly shines because of the amazing staff and was excellent for restaurants, with easy access to Bayside Market Place via a short cab ride or the free Metromover service close by. Dining was delish and fabulous, with an amazing choice. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay in Miami was pretty good overall. The king room was great, clean, and there were enough towels, which I appreciated. The only downside was that there were only 2 working elevators for 15 floors.

Being right next to the free tram Metromover made exploring Miami super convenient, although the room was small for such a large hotel.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location near the Mexican Consulate was convenient, but the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking for the first three days. The staff at the hotel made our first night special, despite some challenges with finding the place due to taxi drivers' limited knowledge of the area.
